Day by Day
A starting point, not a fixed departure — every stay, every pace, every detail can be adjusted to suit you.
Day 1
Private transfer from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to a boutique lodge in Karen, on Nairobi's leafy outskirts. Depending on arrival time, an optional visit to the Giraffe Centre or the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage. Evening briefing with your private guide over dinner.
Days 2–4
Fly by light aircraft to the Mara. Three full days of game drives across the reserve's open plains in your own vehicle with a dedicated guide — tracking lion prides and leopard, and, in season, the wildebeest crossing of the Mara River. Includes a visit to a local Maasai village and a private sundowner overlooking the escarpment.
Days 5–6
Short flight to Amboseli, home to some of Africa's last great tuskers set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Game drives focus on the swamps at dawn and dusk, when elephant herds are most active, with an optional hike up Observation Hill for panoramic views on your second day.
Days 7–10
Fly to the coast and unwind on the white sand of Diani Beach for four nights. Optional excursions include a dhow cruise to Wasini Island or snorkelling in the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park — or simply doing nothing at all. Day 10 ends with a private transfer to Mombasa or Nairobi for your onward flight.

Good to Know
The wildebeest migration typically crosses the Mara River between July and October, though exact timing shifts year to year with the rains. Outside those months, the Mara still offers exceptional resident game viewing.
Very little — this is a vehicle-based safari with a relaxed beach finale. The Observation Hill walk in Amboseli is optional and easy.
No. Every element here — the camps, the pacing, the number of nights in each location — can be adjusted. This is a starting point for a conversation with your trip designer, not a fixed departure.
International flights, visas, travel insurance, and gratuities are excluded, along with any optional activities beyond what's listed. Your trip designer will provide a full, itemised quote before you book.
